Grice, Justice.
This case involves title to land originally deeded for school purposes. The discontinuance of the school *118brought about the dispute between the climants here, each of whom holds a deed which purportedly provides title. For review is the denial of the defendants’ motion for new trial. The facts necessary for consideration of the assignment of error follow.
