In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 22, 1976, which denied their motion for leave to amend their bill of particulars and (2) a further order of the same court, dated August 5, 1976, which denied their motion for reargument.
