In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 12, 1978, which denied their motion for leave to serve a supplemental bill of particulars. Order reversed, without costs or disbursements, and motion granted, on condition that plaintiff Helene Lotto submit to further physical and oral examinations before trial, if defendant be so advised, limited to the issues of her injuries and damages.
