The plaintiffs, Michael Moura and Margaret Moura, appeal from summary judgment entered against them and in favor of the defendants, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), Accredited Home Lenders, Inc., Foreclosure Management Co., Vericrest Financial, Inc., Accredited REO Properties, LLC, and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee on behalf of the LSF MRA Pass-Through Trust.
