READE, District Judge.
After the district court 2 denied his motion to suppress evidence, Arnaldo Losoya Mancias (“Mancias”) entered a conditional guilty plea to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and to criminal forfeiture of $2,225.00 under 21 U.S.C. § 853(p). The district court 3 sentenced Mancias to 80 months imprisonment. On appeal, Manci-as argues the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence and in denying his motion to dismiss the prosecution for violations of the Speedy Trial Act.
