KNIGHT, District Judge.

This is a motion to stay the sale of certain real property advertised to be sold pursuant to a judgment recovered more than four months prior to the filing of a petition herein under section 74 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 202). The question involved is whether such a judgment constitutes a lien on the debtor’s property and as such is subject to the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court and sale thereon can be enjoined.
