Kilday, Judge:

Appellant was arraigned before a general court-martial convened at Tan Son Nhut Air Base, Republic of Vietnam, charged with three specifications of violation of a lawful general regulation, in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 892. He pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of two of the specifications and sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for one year.
