Mrs. I. D. Cameron sued the city of Iowa Park for damages to her land and her crops by reason of the overflow of said lands, adjacent to the sewer system of defendant city. She alleged that the defendant city was the owner of a sewerage disposal plant located on what is known as the McCleskey farm in Wichita county, Tex., and that defendant was desirous of disposing of the liquid'from said disposal plant through subirrigation in loose tile laid under the ground.
