Front Street Development Associates, L.P. (“Front Street” or “Borrower”) and Joseph Pacitti (“Pacitti” or “Guarantor”) (collectively “Plaintiffs” or “Borrowers”) appeal and challenge the trial court’s grant of judgment on the pleadings in favor of Conestoga Bank, David Butte, Richard Elko (“Bank Defendants” or “Lender”) and the Local Development Company, LLC (“LDC”).
