BUFFINGTON, Circuit Judge.
In the court below, the city of Camden, N. J., brought an action of ejectment against the Armstrong Cork Company, a corporation of Pennsylvania. The suit concerns a strip of land in Camden 820 feet in length and 33 in breadth, which the city, alleges was dedicated by the owners thereof to public use as an extension of Winslow street. The locus in quo was originally submerged bottom land, lying between high and low water marks on the Delaware river.
