By writ of certiorari, Dennis Tyrone Garnett, Sr., (“Defendant”) appeals from an order imposing 168 to 211 months’ imprisonment entered pursuant to his jury conviction for multiple drug related charges and his subsequent guilty plea for additional drug related and habitual felon charges. Defendant contends the trial court: committed plain error by permitting the State’s forensic chemist to testify as to the identity and weight of the marijuana analyzed by a non-testifying chemist in violation of Defendant’s constitutional rights to confront the witnesses…
