HAIGHT, Senior District Judge:

In this admiralty case, a shipowner has filed a complaint for exoneration from or limitation of liability for personal injuries suffered by an individual while disembarking from a launch owned by the plaintiff shipowner. That individual, together, with his wife, have filed a claim in this action (collectively “the Claimant”).
