—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Rosalie Osias Goodman appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (O’Connell, J.), dated May 21, 1999, as granted that branch of the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment which was to strike the answer insofar as asserted by her.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
