This matter comes before the Court pursuant to a document filed by Kenth W. Rogers, Esq., on February 21, 2012, as well as a March 9, 2012 filing by the Ethics and Grievance Committee of the Virgin Islands Bar Association — which we construe as a motion to dismiss — and Rogers’s March 25, 2012 opposition. For the reasons that follow, we dismiss this matter as untimely.
