Gerardo Aranda, Grant Birchmeier, Stephen Parkes, and Regina Stone filed suit on behalf of themselves and similarly situated individuals against Caribbean Cruise Line, Inc. (CCL), Vacation Ownership Marketing Tours, Inc. (VOMT), The Berk-ley Group, Inc., and Economic Strategy Group and its affiliated entities (collectively ESG).
