Carlton R. Benton, appellant, public administrator of Jackson County, was appointed administrator of the estate of Claribel Donelson, deceased. O.E. Gorman, Hazel Gorman, Logan E. Gorman and Wilma Ater, respondents, are the father, mother, brother and sister of Claribel Donelson, deceased, and her sole and only heirs at law.
