— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered April 24, 1980 in Schenectady County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Gavit & Co., Inc. (hereafter Gavit), is engaged in the printing and engraving business in the City of Albany. Its sole stockholder is Elizabeth Mullin and her stepson is the president.
