This is an original proceeding in the nature of an application for a writ of supervisory control, directed against the district court of Lewis and Clark county and one of the judges thereof.
Lena Cook, a resident of Lewis and Clark county, Montana, died on August 5, 1933. She left a last will and testament, which was duly probated in the district court of Lewis and Clark county on August 21, 1933.
