Plaintiff Ruben Nidzon brings this lawsuit for employment discrimination against Defendant Konica Minolta Business Solutions, USA, Inc. (“KMBS”) on the basis of religion and unlawful retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (“Title VII”), as well as claims under New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”) Executive Law § 296, and New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), N.Y.C.
