Following a jury trial, Vince Gartrell was convicted of aggravated assault, aggravated assault on a peace officer, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, interference with government property, and criminal trespass. The court sentenced Gartrell as a recidivist to fifteen years, with ten to be served in confinement and the balance on probation.
