LAVORATO, Justice.

Walgreen Co. appeals from a jury verdict and judgment for punitive damages because of injuries Shari McClure suffered resulting from a prescription misfill error at a Walgreen pharmacy. Shari cross-appeals from the district court’s denial of her motion for new trial, or in the alternative, additur, regarding the amount of punitive damages. Walgreen contends there was not sufficient evidence to submit the issue of punitive damages to the jury.
