OPINION
ROSEN, United States Magistrate Judge:
Presently before the court is the motion of Matthew D. Baxter, Esquire, and David W. Wolf, Esquire, counsel for the defendants, to dismiss the complaint for lack of in person-am jurisdiction, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), and for improper venue pursuant to a forum selection clause located in the lease agreements which form the basis of the complaint.
