OPINION
LECHNER, District Judge.
This is an action brought by plaintiffs the Federal Trade Commission (the “FTC”) and the New Jersey Attorney General (the “State of New Jersey”) against defendants National Credit Management Group (“NCMG”), d/b/a “1-800-YES-CREDIT,” Glen Buzzetti (“G. Buzzetti”) and Joseph Ferguson (“Ferguson”) 1 (collectively, the “Defendants”).
