The plaintiffs in error brought an action in the district court to recover damages for the death of their son, caused by the alleged negligence of the defendant company. The complaint alleges that the plaintiffs are residents of the province of Ontario, Dominion of Canada, and that the decedent, their son, was of the age of twenty-five years at the time of his death, and left surviving him his parents, these plaintiffs, but no wife or children; that no administrator has been appointed; and that the plaintiffs, being the only-parties entitled to bring the action, bring it jointly for the…
