We again consider the procedure on a motion for summary judgment under Mass. R. Civ. P. 56 (e), 365 Mass. 824 (1974). See Stetson v. Selectmen of Carlisle, 369 Mass. 755, 762-764 (1976); Shapiro Equip. Corp. v. Morris & Son Constr. Corp., 369 Mass. 968 (1976) ; Community Nat’l Bank v. Dawes, 369 Mass. 550, 553-556 (1976).
