On January 24, 1953, Lona L. Aaron filed a claim for compensation under the Death Benefits provision of 85 O.S.1951 § 1 et seq., therein stating that Naomi H. Aaron died December 3, 1952, from an ac*412cidental injury arising out of and in the course of her employment with Olcemah Publishing Company. The cause of death was stated to be tetanus resulting from an injury received November 8, 1952, when Naomi Aaron scratched her finger while operating a teletype machine.
