Plaintiffs J.N. and J.N. (“the parents”), on their own behalf and as parents and natural guardians of J.N. (“J.N.”), filed the above-captioned action, alleging violations of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), as amended, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 794.
