The complaint in this case alleged, among other things, that on, prior, and subsequent to January 23, 1952, it was engaged in the wholesale jewelry business and in the prosecution of its business employed divers salesmen to sell its products to retail dealers located in this state and elsewhere; that on September 16,1952, one of its salesmen was T.
