Defendants-appellants Chicago Tribune Co. (the “Tribune”) and Chicago Newspaper Publishers’ Association (the “CNPA”) appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-ap-pellee Graphic Communications Union, Chicago Paper Handlers’ & Electrotypers’ Local No. 2 (the “Union”).
