Defendant was convicted of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. ORS 475.992(l)(b); ORS 475.992(4)03); ORS 162.295. She assigns error to the trial court’s imposition of a special condition of probation that prevents her from contacting or knowingly associating with her husband for five years. We vacate the condition of probation.
