OPINION

Before BRYNER, C.J., COATS, J., and CUTLER, Superior Court Judge. * COATS, Judge.

Robert Betts was convicted, following a jury trial, of murder in the first degree. AS 11.41.100(a)(1). Betts appeals to this court, attacking his conviction on several grounds. We affirm.

For the most part, the underlying facts of this case are not in dispute. Robert Pfeil, a pilot for Alaska Airlines, was shot in his car while he was stopped at an intersection on October 12, 1985.
