Plaintiff-appellant Kenneth Carver appeals from an order of the district court affirming the decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying plaintiffs application for disability insurance benefits. Because we find that the Secretary’s decision was not supported by substantial evidence, we reverse.
