Veteran Arnold C. Kyhn appeals, through counsel, a May 17, 2007, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that denied his claim for VA service connection for tinnitus. Record (R.) at 1-12. On January 18, 2011, the Court affirmed the Board’s decision. Kyhn v. Shinseki, 24 Vet.App. 228 (2011) (per curiam).
