In this case, defendant-appellant Stavros M. Ganias appeals from a judgment convicting him, following a jury trial, of tax evasion. He challenges the conviction on the grounds that his Fourth Amendment rights were violated when the Government copied three of his computer hard drives *128pursuant to a search warrant and then retained files beyond the scope of the warrant for more than two-and-a-half years.
