This is an appeal from summary judgment determining that the homeowner’s insurance policy issued by respondent Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Company to appellant-Jablonske did not provide coverage for a lawsuit against Jablonske for injuries suffered when appellant-Senko struck a recently constructed unmarked snow-covered ditch with his snowmobile while on a trail on land owned by Jablonske.
