MASSEY, Chief Justice.
From a judgment for plaintiffs to collect benefits under an automobile theft insurance policy, the defendant Insurance Company appealed.
Affirmed.
On November 8, 1951, Hollis Holliday purchased from a former owner a 1940 Ford Club Coupe automobile, paying a consideration to such former owner and assurm ing a balance owing on a note to Reeves & Company. Fire, theft and collision insurance policy contract No. 335532 of the Alamo Casualty Company had been in effect upon the automobile in the Insurance Company’s policy contract with the former owner.
