MEMOR ANDUM AND OR DER The plaintiff, Chasrick Heredia, sued Michael Roscoe and several other members of the Manchester Police Department for violating his constitutional rights while effectuating an arrest. A jury found for Heredia only as to his excessive force claim against Roscoe and awarded nominal and punitive damages.
