Michael Roscoe et al. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER The plaintiff, Chasrick Heredia, sued Michael Roscoe and several other members of the Manchester Police Department for violating his constitutional rights while effectuating an arrest. A jury found for Heredia only as to his excessive force claim against Roscoe and awarded nominal and punitive damages.
