ORDER
NANGLE, District Judge.
Before the Court is a motion to approve the proposed settlement agreement filed on March 8, 2002 (Doc. 485) as fair, reasonable and adequate. Also before the Court are various documents filed by the parties in support of the settlement and by objectors in opposition thereto. The Court issued an Or*696der preliminarily approving the settlement on April 5, 2002 (See Doc. 458) and held a hearing on May 30, 2002. The matter then was taken under submission.
