Defendant was organized as a non-

profit corporation under the laws of Delaware on December 14, 1953, and its principal office in Delaware is in Dover. Section 101, Title 8, Delaware Code, permits the organization of a corporation: “* * * for the transaction of any lawful business, or to promote or conduct any legitimate objects or purposes * * *” subject to certain limitations not here relevant.
