Julius E. Braunsdorf died at Pearl River, Rockland county, N. Y., on the 30th day of August, 1880, leaving a will by which his widow (Julia Braunsdorf) and John H. Braunsdorf were made executrix and executor.

Julia Braunsdorf died on the 13th day of June, 1801. By his will the testator devised and bequeathed all his estate, real and personal, to his executors in trust, “ to have the custody, care and management thereof, and to collect and receive the rents, income and profits thereof, and pay all necessary expenses and charges- for the proper care and preservation thereof, and,…
