This case arises on final hearing on pleadings and proofs on a bill of complaint charging infringement of letters patent of the United States No. 1,108,958, issued September 1, 1914, to Richard Lester Wilcox, assignor to the Waterbury Farrell Foundry & Machine Company, for new and useful “improvement in die blocks” used in metal heading machines. The bill asks for an injunction and an accounting. The answer denies the material allegations of the bill, and the defense is that the patent in suit, if construed so broadly as to include the defendant’s structure, lacks…
