Petitioner Tammy Estep petitions this Court to implement the Decision of Hearing Officer, Department of Employment Dispute Resolution, Commonwealth of Virginia, dated October 4, 2007. Estep asserts that Respondent Virginia Department of Corrections (“DOC”) has incorrectly and inadequately implemented the Hearing Officer’s decision.
