OPINION

CEDARBAUM, District Judge.

One Times Square (“OTS” or the “Debt- or”), a limited partnership, appeals from an order entered by the bankruptcy court on November 1, 1993, granting the motion of the largest creditor, Banque Nationale de Paris (“BNP”), to lift the automatic stay. The Debtor also appeals from an order entered on November 17, 1993, in which the bankruptcy court granted reconsideration of, and adhered to, its November 1 order.
