MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of Lisa A. Bloch, the Chapter 7 Debtor, to determine the discharge-ability of certain student loan obligations incurred by the Debtor prior to filing her Chapter 7 petition. The Debtor seeks declaratory relief from this Court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). On October 27, 2000, the Debtor and Educational Credit Management Corporation (“ECMC”) tried the case, and I took the matter under advisement.
