DECISION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of Robert P. Dolan, the debtor in this Chapter 7 case, to determine the dischargeability of certain student loan obligations incurred by Mr. Dolan prior to filing his Chapter 7 petition. Mr. Dolan seeks declaratory relief from this Court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). On September 19, 2000, the parties tried the case to the Court, and I took the matter under advisement.
