Defendant, Selsco Corporation, appeals from a judgment of the District Court foreclosing a mechanic’s lien filed by the plaintiff, Morrison-Maierle, Inc., and denying defendant’s counterclaim against the plaintiff for alleged negligence in relation to the planning and supervising of construction of defendant’s campground.
