Employer seeks review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Board that concluded, in part, that employer had previously accepted claimant’s shoulder condition as a combined condition. Employer makes three assignments of error: first, that the board erred in holding that employer accepted a combined condition; second, that the board’s conclusion that employer accepted a combined condition is not supported by substantial evidence; and third, that the board’s conclusion that employer accepted a combined condition is dicta. We affirm.
