INGRAHAM, District Judge.
This cause is now before the court on a petition to review the findings of fact, conclusions of law, turnover order and judgment entered by the Referee in Bankruptcy on May 21, 1964.
The matter began with the filing of a petition for arrangement under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act. On the date of filing, January 31, 1963, an order was entered by the Referee in Bankruptcy authorizing the debtor to remain in possession and to continue its business under orders of the court.
