This suit was filed in the District Court of Wichita County by J. Woods against Wichita Falls Building & Loan Association and it's Board of Directors to recover the withdrawal value of 260 shares of prepaid or advance payment stock owned by Woods and issued by such Association, and for proper mandatory injunction to compel the payment of the judgment prayed for. Trial in the district court resulted in a judgment for the Association. On appeal by Woods this judgment was affirmed by the Fort Worth Court of Civil Appeals. 66 S. W. (2d) 718. Woods brings error.
